The 475,000 users of the Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz (CNFL) are suffering the most voltage variations in power supply, a study of the Regulatory Authority for Public Services (Aresep).
The report of 15,119 voltage measurements made by borrowers of electric service, 25% do not meet established quality standards.
CNFL is the one that has affected services, 44% of the measurements, followed by Coopeguanacaste, with 33%, and the Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE), with 30%.
