BAC will support SMEs in energy efficiency

BAC International Bank will develop a program for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Central America so they can more efficiently use energy.
Examples of initiatives that may develop are replacing lighting equipment, motors and plants, and solar projects, wind and water, said the manager of BAC San José, Gerardo Corrales.
This plan will be implemented under an agreement signed yesterday with the BAC International Bank Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC), the financial arm of the Inter-American Development Bank, the end of the Second Annual Congress of the House Energy Efficiency of Industries.
