ICE provides a strong increase in national electricity consumption

The Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE) provides a sharp increase in energy demand from next year.
In designing its electricity expansion plan, the institution has prepared three scenarios of demand for the next 11 years: low, medium and high consumption.

ICE is 'married' to the high consumption because it believes that once the effect of the crisis, the economy will rebound strongly, and thus, electricity demand.
